PURPOSE:To provide a damping function to a rotating body wound with driving wires on starting of a moving body so that the rotating body can stop correctly in the reset position by providing a braking belt and an elastic member to apply tension on the belt to said rotating body. CONSTITUTION:A braking belt 50 having ends is wound around, a rotating body 33a wound with driving wires 34, 35, and one end of a compressive spring 52 is detained to the belt 50. The braking force is applied on the rotating body 33a by the frictional force between the belt 50 and the rotating body 33a when a moving body 22 starts moving forward, that is, when the rotating body rotates in the direction of a solid line arrow. The oscillations of the body 22 in the friction part in this stage are absorbed and are thus attenuated, whereby the damping function is provided. When the body 22 moves backward to reset, that is, when the body 33a rotates in the direction of a broken line arrow, the braking force is applied on the body 33a by the frictional force between the belt 50 and the body 33a, by which the body 22 is stopped correctly in the reset position without variation. |
