<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the system, by dividing a tablet surface to plural areas and giving meanings to respective areas to input control information from a tablet. CONSTITUTION:A drawing DR is fixed onto a tablet surface 13a, and a menu MN is fixed onto the tablet surface 13a. The menu MN has 2-line 8-column areas, for instance, and the size of an information input area is dependent upon the size of the menu MN and can be set optionally. After the setting processing of the information input area is terminated, areas of various data for NC data generation are designated, and points are designated with a cursor to input them. After NC data is generated in this manner and is stored in a data memory incorporated in an NC data generating device body, NC data is read out properly from this data memory and is punched on a paper tape or is recorded on a magnetic tape.</p> |
