PURPOSE:To balance the internal pressure of a tube with the hydraulic pressure in a hold automatically by equipping an expansive tube body and a storage container for solid carbon dioxide provided therein, and increasing the internal pressure in the tube by the sublimation of the solid carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION:The expansive tube body is made of a soft thin rubber tube 1 and its upper and lower ends are fitted airtightly to terminal plug parts 2a and 2b. In the rubber tube 1, a hard rubber tube 3 with a less diameter is positioned coaxially and its upper and lower ends are also fixed to the terminal plug parts 2a and 2b. This hard rubber tube 3 is fitted with the container 4 having an opening atop and this container 4 contains solid carbon dioxide 5; and a communication part 6 which functions to discharge air and inject water is provided at the lower plug part 2b while communicating the inside and outside of rubber tube 1.
