PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of copying operation, by storing operation state when a start switch is operated before a fixation device does not reach a temp. capable of fixation after closing a power supply switch is conducted, and starting copying action automatically at the moment the fixation device reaches the fixing temp. CONSTITUTION:A temp. sensor is arranged in contact with a heating roll 16. When a start switch is operated after a power supply switch is conducted, if the temp. of the roll 16 detected reaches a fixation temp., a start lamp is lightened to inform an operator of start of copying action and instantaneously to start actual action. If the roll 16 is not yet reached the fixation temp., logical decision is returned, and such judgement is repeated. Therefore, the operation state of the start switch is stored. While such judgement is repeated, the roll 16 reaches the fixation temp., at that time, the start lamp is lightened and copying action is commenced. Accordingly, the operator need not wait near the copying machine until the temp. reaches the fixation temp. |
