PURPOSE:To enable to transmit and receive a signal with other circuit system which is grounded by adding a reverse phase current generator which cancels the current flowing to the secondary side of a DC/DC converter, thereby performing a current compensation. CONSTITUTION:The primary and secondary sides are isolated via a transformer 12, and a switching element 23 is controlled on the basis of secondary side voltage and current information, thereby forming a DC/DC converter. Current mirror circuits 25-30 are added between the secondary side and the other circuit B connected to an earth to generate currents which are equal to the DC and AC currents which flow to the secondary side, applied to the secondary side in reverse phase to compensate the current, and a circuit for limiting a DC voltage range of the output having transistors 36, 37 is added. Accordingly, the signal transmission with the circuit B can be performed without a transformer nor a photocoupler, thereby facilitating the integrating circuit. |
