摘要 PURPOSE:To adhere two members having different coeffts. of thermal expansion in such a way as not to generate cracking, cambering, etc., by containing plural granular materials having uniform shapes and having the quality dissimilar from the quality of the metallic solder in said solder of the adhered surfaces of said members. CONSTITUTION:Granular materials 12 having uniform shapes are distributed uniformly in metallic solder 11 which adheres a metallic plate 9 of, for example, copper or the like and a ceramic plate 10. The materials 12 are, for example, spherical or circular cylindrical, for which stainless steel, Ta balls or the like having poor affinity to the solde 11 are used. Then, the differences in contracting forces between both are absorbed by the slight rotation or movement of the granular materials 12 during cooling after the adhesion of the plates 9 and 10, so that both are allowed to shrink relatively freely and independently from each other. The generation of cracking and cambering in the plate 10 having lower mechanical strength is obviated.
