PURPOSE:To prevent a H-shape steel from malformation and flaws caused by off center, by spline-fitting divided sleeve rolls to both end positions of an intermediate spacer, which is shrinkage-fitted to the outer circumference of the central part of an arbor roll. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate spacer 12 is shrinkage-fitted and fixed to the outer circumference of the central part in the axial direction of an arbor roll 11. Divided sleeve rolls 18 are spline-fitted to the end surface positions of the spacer 12 through width-adjusting spacers 17. Rolls 18 having outer diameters larger than that of the spacers 12 and 17 are fixed to the outer circumference of the roll 11 through a means of fastening, for instance, keys, etc. A two-piston type hydraulic cylinder 13 is provided to the inside of the spacer 12 to slide the rolls 18. Further, a fluid passage, which passes through from the outer circumference of the spacer 12 to the cylinder 13, is provided. Thus the center of roll-width between both outside end-surfaces of the rolls 18 coincides with the center in the width direction of the roll 11. |
