PURPOSE:To improve a starting property, by providing a spring which pushes a control valve that is provided in a throttle by-pass and undergoes proportional electromagnetic drive and by lowering the urging force of the spring at low temperature to secure a quantity of air at cranking. CONSTITUTION:One end of a monolithic valve 19 extending through the ports 15, 16 of the wall of a throttle by-pass 14 is located in contact with a proportional electromagnetic driver 7 comprising a coil 8, a plunger 9 and an output shaft 10 secured on the plunger. The other end of the valve 19 is supported by one end of a spring 22, the other end of which is supported by a valve control guide 20 through a thermosensitive element 23. When the temperature is low, the thermosensitive element 23 contracts so that the urging force of the spring 22 on the monolithic valve 19 is lowered. For that reason, a quantity of air necessary for starting can be secured even if the voltage of a battery falls because of low temperature. |
