PURPOSE:To prevent the missing of information without slowing down the operating speed of a driving system, by making OR or AND with a picture data of a preceding line, when the line density of reading is coarse. CONSTITUTION:A data written in a picture buffer memory 12 is an OR (in case of missing of black information, and AND for missing of white information) between a signal outputted from a comparator 10 and an output signal of a buffer memory 18 outputted via an AND gate 19, and outputted from an OR gate 20 (AND gate in case of the missing of white information). It is only when an output signal S15 of a D-FF17 goes to high level that the gate 19 is opened. That is, the signal S15 goes to high level only for one period's share when the write period to the memory 12 is longer and the OR of the information read on the other lines is given during this period. |
