PURPOSE:To stabilize quality, and to obtain desired quality by memorizing informations in case of the generation of the abnormality a raw-material feeding system under stratified stowage for the blending of the raw material for an iron mill, etc. and correcting the quantity of stowage by the informations when stowage is reopened. CONSTITUTION:When the generation of abnormality is detected in a raw-material cut- out system, a host computer 6 stops a device regarding abnormality, and transmits the stoppage to a micro-computer 7. The micro-computer 7 determines the direction of travelling and the position LST of travelling of a stacker 4, and the position of change of a stowage layer and the position of the change timing of the quantity of cut out are arithmetically operated according to a predetermined formula in consideration of relationship with a distance (c) up to a return point and memorized to the micro-computer 7. On the other hand, the normal feed system continues to operate and continues stowage, and the micro-computer 7 transmits the passage of the stacker 4 to the host computer 6 every time the stacker 4 passes the position of the change timing of the quantity of cut out. The quantity of cut out is corrected by these informations and the change of the quantity of the raw material stowed is eliminated after the operation of the device is reopened. Accordingly, quality is stabilized. |
