PURPOSE:To manufacture a titled molding without wasting material by holding a mold material having sectional form of a groove provided with raised drawing edge between the notched face of a pushing jaw and the receiving face of a receiving jaw and turning the two jaws. CONSTITUTION:The end of axis of a mold material 1 having sectional form of a groove and provided with a notch and raised edge 2a is put on the receiving face 3a fitting the receiving jaw 3 to the groove-shaped concavity, and the edge 2a is hung on the right angled side 3b. Then, the pushing jaw 4 is advanced by a driving cylinder 4a and pressure contacted to the material 1. When a rotary disk 6 is driven under this condition, jaws 3, 4 unified by a frame 5 rotate holding the material 1, and the curved face 3c of the jaw 3 pressure contacts to the longitudinal axial line part 1a, and bends it according to the curvature of the curved face. On completion of the bending work, the central part is cut by a cutting device 8, and two products are obtained. |
