PURPOSE:To realize starting through direct connection of a crankshaft to a speed change gear in the pushing phase by providing a lock mechanism which prevents operation of a torque limiter below a predetermined speed. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 26 with a taper face 26a in the peripheral direction is provided in the inside diameter part of a base part 24a for an outside diameter member 24 for a torque limiter 22 installed on the outer periphery of a crankshaft end part 13a, while a roller 27a and a one way clutch 27 are provided in said recessed part 26. In the phase of pushing start, a wheel driving force is transmitted to the outside diameter member 24 through an output shaft 37 and a speed change shaft 33. Since said member 24 is directly connected to an inside diameter member 23 by means of an engagement piece 43 and a groove 45, said driving force is transmitted directly to the crankshaft 13 without through a clutch 28 and the starting can be performed. |
