PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of the temperature in combustion gas injected from a burner port, by providing a cylindrical contracted part, whose sectional area is smaller than that of a combustion chamber, between the combustion chamber and the burner port, and by designing the sectional area of the burner port next to the cylindrical contracted part, of which sectional area is suddenly enlarged at the outlet side of the contracted part. CONSTITUTION:The combustion gas burnt in a combustion chamber 7 is injected into a furnace in high speed from a contracted part 9, passing through a burner port 8. Because the burner port 8 has more enlarged sectional area than that of the contracted part 9, the negative pressure is produced between the flow of combustion gas injected from the contracted part 9 and the tile surface 11 of a burner port when combustion gas passes through the burner port 8 from the contracted part 9, and the atmospheric gas in a furnace at low temperature is sucked into the swirl flow of a combustion gas. But the temperature in combustion gas is prevented from lowering after it is injected into the furnace, because the gas is heated up to high temperature sufficiently by the tile surface 11 of a burner port. |
