PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply parts in a fractionized-manner in a supply device for parts such as lead wire for electric bulbs, etc. by detecting the content in a parts vessel and controlling rotation of a rotating hopper for supplying parts from it to the parts vessel in order to keep a constant amount of parts in said vessel at all times. CONSTITUTION:When a hopper 1 is rotated in a specified rotation in the direction of arrow mark by means of a step motor, lead wires 2 are discharged from the bottom side opening of an outlet 3 and they fall into a parts vessel 7 through a chute 8. When a monitoring sensor 10 monitors parts 2 in the vessel 7 and it sends signal, the step motor stops to stop the hopper 1. When the amount of parts 2 in the vessel 7 decreases and a sensor 9 detects it, the hopper 1 starts again to supply parts to the vessel 7. With this arrangement, the vessel 7 keeps therein the parts over a preset amount at all times, allowing automatic supply of parts in a fractionized manner. |
