PURPOSE:To make the carrying-in, attaching, detaching, carrying-out and welding of members to be welded easy and to smooth the movement thereof to prescribed working positions, by using a positioner of a moving type, rotating a rotatable body by means of a chain, and forming the carrying inlet and outlet port for the members into an approximate U shape having a cover. CONSTITUTION:A carriage frame 31 is made movable along an endless rail 33 by means of guide rolls 34 in the lower part, and a rotatable body 38 of which the outside and inside circumferential surfaces are supported respectively by plural receiving rolls 36 and rolls 37 for preventing floating is provided in the top surface part thereof. A chain 39 is wound on the outside circumferential surface of the body 38, and the end part of the chain 39 is pinned 41 to the end edge part of the opening in the outside circumferential edge part of the body 38 in a carrying inlet and outlet port 40 for members having an approximately U shape. The draw- out part wherein the mid-way of the chain 39 is put on a roll 44 for drawing-out is meshed with a sprocket wheel 43 on the shaft of a motor 35, and the body 38 is rotated by driving of the motor 35. The operator moves the positioner to the carrying-in position, fixes the positioner in said position, opens the cover 45 by oscillating the same to a position 45', carries members 12 to be welded into the positioner, closes the cover and fixes the member by means of clamp 42. After moving the positioner to the prescribed position, the operator rotates the body 39, welds the members and moves the positioner to the carrying-out position. |
