发明名称 COIL CAR LIFT CONTROLLER FOLLOWING COIL WINDING DIAMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To elevate the productivity by automatically controlling a coil car so as to retain the distance between the top of a coil car lift and the bottom of a coil being wound within a set range following the growing diameter of the coil being wound. CONSTITUTION:A coil car with an elevator standing-by immediately below a winder is provided with a detector 6 for detecting the height of the lift and a counting circuit 7 while computation circuits 11 and 12 compute the height of a coil to secure the distance between the top of the lift and the bottom of a coil being wound with a growing diameter of the coil being wound on a winder as function. Then, addition and subtraction circuits 13 and 14 add or subtract output signals of the computation circuits and lowering or stopping signals of the elevator as input signal while comparison circuits 15 and 16 compare and compute an output signal from these addition and subtraction circuits and an output signal from a counting circuit 7 as input signal. This can eliminate the loss time spent in the past thereby enhancing the productivity.
