PURPOSE:To obtain a molded work which is excellent in appearance, by a method wherein a polyurethane reactive composition, prepared so that it has a short cream time, is injected by a high-pressure injection into a mold which has a porous material additionally attached to an inner suface thereof and has a venting hole formed in a given position. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane reactive composition, having a cream time of not longer than six seconds, is prepared by mixing together a polyol component, an isocyanate component, an amine series catalyst, a foaming agent and a surface-active agent. A polyurethane reactive composition, which is before it starts to be brought to a cream state, is injected by a high-pressure injection through an injection gate into an enclosure mold which has additionally a porous material inserted into a required spot in an inner surface thereof, has a venting hole formed in only a side wall located away from a runner gate, and is heted to not lower than 60 deg.C. This enables obtaining of a foam-molded work which has a foaming density of not more than 150kg/cm<2> and the porous material inserted in one surface and neither deficit nor air pocket in the other surface. |
