PURPOSE:To provide a neat molded product having a uniform surface by a simple and inexpensive mold, by a method wherein, after an opaque coating layer is formed on the back of a (semi)transparent synthetic resin body, a projection is formed by an injection molding to secure it to a coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A molded body 1 is formed with a (semi)transparent synthetic resin so as to having an inner space 1a, and an opaque coating layer 3 is coated to the back of thereof for formation. It is then placed in an injection mold so that the surface side of the molded body 1 makes contact with a bottom force 6, a core mold 7 and a runner plate 11 are lowered, the molded body 1 in the proximity of a boss-forming part is clamped, and resin is injected from a gate 9 through a runner 10 to form a boss 2. If, after cooling, the runner plate 11 is raised, resin at a part between the gate 9 and the runner 10 is torn off by a pin 12, and a molded product, in which the molded body 1 and the boss 2 are monolithically united together, is removed by an extruding pin. |
