PURPOSE:To obtain the titled stencil paper capable of making uniform the size of perforations produced by a heat-sensitive stencil-forming operation, enhancing the perforation area ratio and enhancing the resolution and clearness of a printed material, by laminating a porous tissue paper and a synthetic resin film on each other with a multiple net form adhesive layer provided therebetween. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive liquid 21 is applied to a coating roller 22, an excess of the adhesive liquid is scraped off the roller 22 by a doctor 23, the porous tissue paper 24 is sequentially let out, and is sequentially pressed against the roller 22 at a predetermined pressure by a press roller 25 to form the net form adhesive layer 26 on the paper 24. Then, the adhesive layer 26 is incompletely dried by a drier 12, the synthetic resin film 27 is let out and is laminated on the paper 24 on the adhesive layer 26 side, and the resultant laminate is passed through a pair of press rollers 28, 29 to adhere the paper 24 and the film 27 to each other as one body, followed by drying by a drier 30 to produce the heat- sensitive stencil paper 31. Since the adhesive is applied to one side of the porous tissue paper in a small thickness, the adhesive is deposited only on the fibers at the surface of the tissue paper to form the net form adhesive layer. |
