The invention relates to a roller-blind bar intended especially for roller blinds and rolling doors and composed of a metal bar outer part curved towards the outside of the bar and of a plastic bar inner part in catch connection with the bar outer part on the rear side of the latter. The bar inner part limits with the bar outer part an inner space. Articulation parts extend on the longitudinal edges of the roller-blind bar. The articulation parts of two successive roller-blind bars engage in one another and form an articulated connection. The bar outer part is equipped with the articulation part both on its upper longitudinal edge and on its lower longitudinal edge. Furthermore, the bar outer part is equipped on its upper and lower longitudinal edges with a projection which faces away from the articulation part and which serves for the catch connection with the bar inner part. The bar inner part is assigned elastically flexible webs projecting transversely from it. When the two bar parts are in the connected state, these webs bear against the bar outer part and subdivide the bar inner space into chambers separated from one another and therefore preventing air circulation.
