<p>PURPOSE:To make exhaust gas free from Zn components by dividing the inside of a kiln into a higher temp. section and a lower temp. section with a heat insulating plate put in the kiln at a distance from the inner wall, providing a double structure to the higher temp. section with a porous inner pipe, arranging a plurality of partition plates in the space between the pipe and the inner wall, and carrying out suction from the inside of the inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a kiln 1 is divided into a higher temp. section 5 and a lower temp. section 4 with a heat insulating plate 3 put in the kiln at a distance from the inner wall. A double structure is provided to the section 5 with a metallic porous inner pipe 6 placed on the plate 3 as its bottom, and the circular space between the pipe 6 and the inner wall of the kiln 1 is divided into a plurality of chambers with partition plates 9 extending in the axial direction. When exhaust gas is sucked from the inside of the pipe 6, the reduction and evaporation of Zn are not caused, so no Zn components are contained in dust recovered by suction.</p> |
