<p>The feed is used to wind material onto reels (4) and vice versa, using revolving circular plates (1) or barrels with or without pivoting arms (2), to mount the mandrels (3). One or more of the plates or barrels is provided with an opening (5), permitting visual observation of the reels as they form and facilitating access to the inside of the machine. Offset openings may be used in the case of plates or barrels with fittings mounted on the central area.</p> |
