PURPOSE:To easily stabilize a damping force, by a method wherein, after magnetic flux generating from a magnet is once saturated by a part of a yoke, it is guided to a damping part. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic flux emanating from a ferrite magnet 4 is guided to a gap part 7, serving as a damping part, through a yoke 5. A cavity 8 for saturating magnetic flux is formed in a part of the yoke 5. This reduces a change in a damping force due to temperature even if a magnet such as ferrite series magnets having a wide change in magnetic characteristics due to temperature is used, which results in enabling to provide an inexpensive watt-hour meter. |
