PURPOSE:To set an antenna attitude to a given position with a high precision and at a high speed, by changing the dimension of a unit control angular step corresponding to a range condition of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal, inputted through a receiver 2 to a step system antenna attitude controller 6 from an antenna 1, operates a gear assembly 3 for antenna driving through a controller 5 for motor driving and a motor 4. The device 6 has following functions: a first function which is controlled by a programmable ROM such that, when an angular difference between the azimuthal component of the main shaft of the antenna and an aziumthal component in an incoming direction of a wave is large, a unit control angular step in a stepped rotation for reducing an angular difference is set to a large, dimension and the unit control angular step reduces as said angular difference decreases, and a second function which performs similar operations with respect to an elevation angluar component. The first and the second function consist of the subroutine of the 1 and are constituted such that the subroutine is called out from a main program. |
