The invention relates to a metering closure cap for liquid containers, for example bottles. The cap (3) has a cap lid (4) in which there is a pouring aperture (12). Furthermore, the cap (3) has a bottom (2). A liquid line (1) extends from said bottom (2) parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cap (3) into the interior of the cap (3), and said liquid line can be connected to a container opening. The outlet aperture (5) of said liquid line (1) is arranged with spacing from the cap lid (4). A metering chamber (6) surrounds the liquid line (1) inside the cap (3), and the chamber bottom (7) is arranged with spacing from the bottom (2) of the cap. In the region of the chamber bottom (7) there is a passage opening (8) which lies between the chamber (6) and the bottom section of the lid. The side wall (9) of this chamber (6) is located with radial spacing from the liquid line (1) and the cap wall (10) and is connected to the cap bottom (4), the connecting line (11) of the side wall (9) to the cap lid (4) running between the chamber (6) and the pouring aperture (12) in the cap lid in such a way that the chamber (6) is separated from the pouring aperture (12). By means of this embodiment, the cross-section of the chamber (6) and the spacing between the outlet aperture (5) of the liquid line (1) and the cap lid (4) determine the quantity to be metered. <IMAGE>
