PURPOSE:To attain highly reliable and efficient delivery by automatically scheduling car operation and delivery when the forms of charged cars for transportation are not uniform. CONSTITUTION:Order information inputted from an operation input part 102 is sequentially displayed on a CRT display part 103 under control by a CPU100 and registered in a shipping reservation information storing part MB in a EXM 104. The CPU100 closes the reception of orders in accordance with the previously set up data. The program information for car operation and delivery processing stored in a program storing part PA in the EXM104 and information stored in a file part FAA for the distribution and management of charged cars are loaded to an MEM101. The distribution of charged cars and the sequential list of car operation are prepared and outputted.
