Method and circuit arrangement for in-phase clock generation in digital communications systems, e.g. telephone switching systems

To generate in-phase clocks which are used to control telephone switching systems, synchronisation signals are generated from a basic frequency through multiple division. These synchronisation signals are corrected in time by the basic frequency itself so that a cyclic reset of the arrangement is not required for synchronisation.
