PURPOSE:To obtain a noncontacting mechanical sensor having high reliability and a multi-function, by detecting a magnetic flux variation of a magnetic solid circuit element due to approach of a permanent magnet, as a frequency variation, through a magnetic multivibrator, etc. of the secondary side. CONSTITUTION:When a permanent magnet PM is provided on a sample S and it is made to approach the primary side of a magnetic solid circuit element FOC1, a magnetic flux of the primary side of the element FOC1 is varied. As a result, by energizing windings N2, N2' and an output winding N3 of a magnetic multivibrator by transistors TR1, TR2 of the secondary side of the element FOC1, frequency of output voltage of the winding N3 is varied in accordance with a magnetic flux variation of the primary side of the FOC1, and telemetering, etc. which use the element FOC1 by an FM signal as a mechanical sensor are executed. By this constitution which is not influenced by ambient environments such as gas, vibration, heat, etc., it is possible to obtain a mechanical sensor having high reliability and a multi-function, which is capable of coping with length, a position, bend, surface roughness, etc. |
