PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of launching of a off-shore structure by a method in which at least one of several numbers of connected platforms with legs is projected from the surface of the sea, the legs are landed on the seabed, and the platforms are settled in water separately from the others. CONSTITUTION:At least top one 1 of platforms 1, 2, and 3 connected are erectly provided with vertically movable legs 4, and the platform 1 is moved in the direction of A and projected onto the sea surface from a wharf 5. Then, the legs 4 are brought down and landed on the seabed 8, and the platform 1 is settled to the seabed by separating it from the connection 11. |
