PURPOSE:To easily prepare a mounting hole of a screw part, by forming a head part adapted to an opening and closing body to an arc-shaped longitudinal section in a bumper rubber screwed to an opening edge part of a car body and constituted by the head part relaxing a shock at closing of the opening and closing body and the screw part. CONSTITUTION:A bumper rubber R is mounted to, for instance, an upper rack part 2 of a cowl top 1 to relax a shock at closing of a hood F and prevent a contact between the hood F and the top l or the like. Then the rubber R is constituted by a head part 3a and screw part 3b to which a spiral groove 4 is engraved. Here an adapted part 7 of the part 3a to the hood F is formed to an arc-shaped longitudinal section in a curvature such that adapted surface pressure in a side of the hood F is not partially increased. In this way, even if the rubber R is not vertically mounted for an adapted surface in the side of the hood F, the part 7 is adapted to the hood F always in an optimum condition, and a mounting hole of the part 3b in the top 1 can be easily prepared. |
