PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance and heat resisting property of a diaphragm and enable the diaphragm to be used stably for a long time by coating ceramic on the surface of the metal diaphragm used for adjusting fluid flow. CONSTITUTION:A proper thickness of ceramic 2 is coated on the surface of a metal diaphragm 1 used for adjusting fluid flow by electrodeposition process or other methods. Thus, when fluid showing a violent chemical reaction or having a very high temperature is handled, the metal surface of the diaphragm 1 is prevented from corrosion, fatigue, etc., and can be stably used for a long time. |
