In a locking device having holders which are arranged in a fixed position for freight components on vehicle floors it is provided that a plug connection, which consists of a bolt, fixes a lock via a holder. To this end, the bolt is provided with a thread and is assigned to the holder in the form of a threaded nut. The bolt thread has axially running flats, which are arranged parallel and correspond with equivalent recesses in the threaded nut so that, once the bolt has been inserted, a screw connection can be produced by a rotational movement. <IMAGE>
