PURPOSE:To obtain the automatic operation to open and close a valve by establishing a rational algorithm for the operation to open and close the valve. CONSTITUTION:A required valve state pattern PB is obtained by the first decision circuit 1 on the basis of a required output terminal number NB of the second fluid QB, a terminal end priority MB of the second fluid QB, an employable/unemployable information PM for each valve, and a valve opening/closing state information ST. Then, a required valve state pattern PA of the first fluid QA is obtained by the second decision circuit 2 on the basis of each information and others similarly to the case of the first decision circuit 1. Meanwhile, an opening/closing operation output OC for each valve is outputted by the third decision circuit 3 in accordance with the required valve state pattern PA of the first fluid QA and the required valve state pattern PB of the second fluid QB. |
