PURPOSE:To smoothly provided mechanical winding on a small iron core by a method wherein a projection for mechanical winding is provided on an extended line of the mechanical winding portion of the iron core for winding uniformly formed with a ferrite material and removed after the work has been done. CONSTITUTION:A support 8 is formed together with the outside surface of a collar on an extended line of an iron core 7 and a groove 9 is provided in the base to facilitate the bending and removal of the support 8. The portion 8 and the peripheral surface of the collar are combined with a chuck. Accordingly, this eliminates the oscillating and inclining displacement of the iron core in the winding, so that the small iron core 7 can be securely held therebetween, whereas the collar can be sufficiently made thin and compact. Moreover, the ends of the coil can readily be processed. |
