PURPOSE:To prevent a thin float from being deformed or damaged in a flaot valve suitable to prevent the refrigerant in a condenser from flowing into a cooler at the time of the stoppage of a compressor in a refrigerator by approximately equalizing the inner pressure or the float with the outer pressure. CONSTITUTION:In a refrigerating device 1 such as a refrigerator, the refrigerant discharged from a compressor 2 is conducted to a cooler 6 via a condenser 3, a float valve 4, and a capillary tube 5 for obtaining refrigerating work there by the evaporation of the refrigerant. The float valve 4 is provided to prevent the refrigerant in the condenser 3 from flowing into the cooler 6 when the compressor 2 is stopped. It contains a float 8 in its case 7 divided into two parts 7a and 7b, and opends and closes a valve device 9 by this float 8. At this stage, the float 8 is constructed of two divisions, upper and lower. It is manufactured by filling the float 8 with refrigerant gas pressurized almost equally with the refrigerant from a process tube 13 after upper and lower float divisions 8a and 8b are jointed. |
