PURPOSE:To obtain a stably usable diaphragm for a long duration for the regulation of fluid discharge by constructing the diaphragm of ceramics for improving the corrosion-resistivity, the heat-resistivity, and the durability. CONSTITUTION:Diaphragm 1, for example, repeats deformation and restoration respectively in accordance with the increase and the decrease of pressure in a pipe 2, and opens and closes a discharge-regulating pipe passage 3 for regulating the discharge of the fluid flowing through a fluid gate pipe passage 4. In this case, the diaphragm 1 is constructed of ceramics. This construction permits to improve the corrosion-resistivity, the heat-resistivity, and the durability in the diaphragm 1 for stable using for a long duration. |
