The invention relates to a furniture hinge having a hinge part (4) located on the body and a hinge part (4a) located on the door, which are articulated on one another via an inner link (16) and an outer link (17). Their hinge pins (7, 8; 12, 13) located on the body and on the door form a four-bar mechanism lifting off the door (1) from the furniture body (2) when it is being opened. A resilient catch device in the hinge part (4) located on the body keeps the hinge in the closed position. For this there is a spring (23) which is supported, on the one hand, on the hinge part (4) located on the body, and, on the other hand, in a recessed manner on a bottom part (26) of a movable spring thrust piece (24) made of rigid material. The spring thrust piece (24) possesses lateral control projections (31, 31a) which are pressed by the spring force against the circumferential faces (30, 30a) of bearing tabs (21, 21a) which support the body hinge pin (8) of the outer link (17) and which form a control cam for the control projections (31, 31a).
