The purpose in a device for the manufacture of printing formes, in particular negative offset newspaper printing formes, having two exposure stations, a system for the positioning and fixing of the film and printing formes by means of positioning pins and negative pressure, and having a printing forme conveying apparatus between the exposure stations, is to manufacture printing formes of different sizes in a simple manner on a device having two exposure stations, i.e. with multiple exposure and, with improved film positioning and consequently improved quality, to achieve a considerable increase in the number of printing formes manufactured per hour. For this purpose, each exposure station has a pivoting frame, provided with at least two positioning pins arranged spaced apart, for holding the film, said pivoting frame being arranged obliquely in the loading position at an angle of inclination to the vertical plane, having an apparatus for suction fixing and being pivotable from the oblique position into a horizontal position with the film arranged downwards and being lowerable onto a printing forme arranged below it which is displaceable in cycles on a turntable, a lamp arranged above the pivoting frame being provided for exposure.
