Pneumatic loudspeaker with continuous pressure fluid flow through a pneumatic circuit extending from a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet via an intermediate annular throat at the level of which modulated flow fluctuations about a mean value are caused by axial displacements of an annular flow modulator member controlled by an electromagnetic transducer monitored by a phonic signal, characterised in that the pneumatic circuit (2) on the one hand and the electromagnetic transducer (3) on the other hand are separated from each other over their whole respective extension by means of a transverse partitioning wall (1) perpendicular to the displacement axis (X-X) in the annular throat (8) of the annular member (9) which is an obstacle protruding from said transverse wall (1) and longitudinally movable across said annular throat (8), and in that the pressure fluid providing from the fluid inlet (13) of the pneumatic circuit (2) arrives in this annular throat (8) tangentially with respect to the transverse wall (1), that is to say perpendicularly with respect to said longitudinally movable obstacle (9).
