Arrangement is intended for insulating an outside wall of an existing building. The wall is provided with a cladding of insulation boards each consisting of a carrier plate, e.g. in mineral woll such as rock wool or polyurethane foam, whose exposed surface is formed by a layer of granulated natural stone with adhesive or by thin brick strips or the like.
