An apparatus for producing chamber gloves has two glove moulds, the larger one of which is made that much larger than the smaller one by the dimension of the desired wall cavity and which are arranged spaced apart from each other at the fingertips by the dimension of the desired wall cavity, otherwise lying opposite each other. Such an apparatus is immersed with its glove moulds into a bath of a known type until the distance between the fingertips corresponding to the wall cavity is completely filled; after that, a stabilisation of the coatings deposited on the glove moulds is carried out, then the outer glove, formed on the larger glove mould, is drawn off the latter and slipped over the inner glove, formed on the smaller glove mould. Finally, the chamber glove thus formed is drawn off the smaller glove mould.
