PURPOSE:To make only required parts easily exchangeable with a valve trunk main body connected to a pipe by inserting a core into the valve trunk main body with a detachable lid and a ball valve body into the core for enabling to take out the core by detaching the lid. CONSTITUTION:A core 13 is inserted into a valve trunk main body 11 with joint parts 11a and 11b and a detachable lid 12 in the upper part via a seal packing 14, and on its both sides faced to the joint parts 11a and 11b, connecting holes 13a and 15a are respectively provided. Into the core 13, a ball valve body 2 and valve packings 13a and 13b to hold the ball valve body 2 between are inserted, while a push screw 15 is screwed in for pushing them. A rotatable shaft 4 inserted through the lid 12 is fitted to the ball valve body 2 on one end, while a handle 5 fixed on the other end is operated to rotate the ball valve body 2. This construction permits to take out the core 13, the main part of the valve, by detaching the lid 12 for exchanging only required parts easily. |
