PURPOSE:To both prevent slide friction in piled parts and apply a damping function, by providing spacers in the central part of leaf springs to form gaps in both end parts of the leaf spring and arranging a rubber layer in this gap. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of leaf springs 2-4 constituting a leaf spring are formed by a plate, in which carbon fiber or the like is used as the core material and synthetic resin is impregnated to this core material, as a material. Here suitable spacers 7 are provided to each central part piled surface between the springs 2, 3 and 3, 4, and rubber layers 5, 6 are respectively arranged to gaps formed by the spacer 7 in each both end part between the springs 2, 3 and 3, 4. In this way, when the spring is warped by a change of unspring weight, relative movement in the longitudinal direction generated in the both end parts of the springs 2-4 is absorbed by deformation of the layers 5, 6, and slide friction between the springs 2-4 themselves can be eliminated. |
