NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formulaI(R<1> is morpholino, pyrrolidino; R<2> is H, lower alkyl, benzyl) and its acid adduct. EXAMPLE:2-Piperazino-4-pyrrolidino-7,8-dihydro-6H-thiopyrano[3,2-d]pyr imidine maleic acid adduct. USE:A drug with hypoglycemic, blood platelet coagulation-inhibiting, antihistamic and antiallergic activities. PREPARATION:A novel 2-chlorothiopyranopyrimidine of formula II is made to react with an excess amount of a piperazine derivative without solvent or in a solvent such as dichloromethane or chloroform at room temperature or with heat for 30min-10hr to give the compound of formulaI. |
