PURPOSE:To make cutting of both end parts of a magnetic layer satisfactory, by forming the surface of a heating metallic mold for transferring the magnetic layer onto a base body, in a recessed shape. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic layer side of a magnetic transfer tape which provides a magnetic layer on a base body is brought into contact with other base body, also a pressing face 3'b side to the magnetic transfer tape is formed in a recessed shape from its both end parts 9, 10 to a center part 11, and also when the distance between both the end parts 9, 10, and the depth of the recessed part of the center part 11 are denoted as A and B, respectively, a heating metallic mold having a recessed section in the lengthwise direction being within a range of 10<-3=B/A<=10<-2> is pressed, and the magnetic layer is transferred. |
