PURPOSE:To avoid the electric characteristics from being changed over a long period, by inserting, heating and fixing solder with a low melting point between overlapped copper tapes laminated with plastic. CONSTITUTION:Ends are overlapped by providing the plastic-laminated copper tapes 2 except their ends, having slots for electromagnetic tape leakage, longitudinally on the outer circumference of an insulation core 1 applied with insulators made of plastic spiral cord and plastic pipe on the center conductor made of aluminum pipe. A solder 4 having a low melting point, e.g. 100-200 deg.C m.p. is inserted between the overlapped parts of the copper tapes 2, the overlapped part are heated externally at a heater 6, allowing to fix the overlapped parts completely electrically and mechanically. |
