PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit configuration of a Josephson storage circuit while conventional functions of the circuit are maintained, by arranging the 2nd switching element in the control line of the 1st switching element of the Josephson NDRO storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:To make to flow a circulating current Icirc to a superconductive closed loop 2 of A, a bias electric current IY and control electric currents IX1 and IY' which act on a storage cell 1 of A containing the loop 2 are simultaneously made to flow to a sequence line 5 and control lines 16 and 6 and, after temporarily setting a switching element 9 to a voltage condition, all the electric currents are set to ''0''. To judge the existence of the circulating electric current through the loop 2, the bias electric current IY and a control electric current IX0 are made to flow simultaneously. Then a switching element 10 in the control line 16 is set to a voltage condition when the circulating electric current Icirc is under a holding condition, or the switching element 10 is set to a zero-voltage condition when the circulating electric current Icircis not under the holding condition. Therefore, the number of wirings and power sources are reduced while conventional functions are maintained and the circuit configuration is simplified. |
