PURPOSE:To improve the sound characteristics, by using an unwoven cloth layer having a plastic sheet layer composed of an inorganic filling agent and microbaloon as a speaker cabinet plate member incorporatedly. CONSTITUTION:An unwoven cloth compounding the microbaloon with a composite plastic plate 2 compounded with the inorganic filling agent for a thermosetting and thermoplastic resin is incorporated with a means such as bonding and adhesion and the result is used as a speaker cabinet agent. The microbaloon is a hollow spherical substance taking a synthetic resin such as polyvinylvinylidene, polyvinylchloride and phenol resin as a major component. Thus, the sound shield characteristics and the attenuation characteristics of the speaker cabinet are improved and the sound effect is improved. |
