PURPOSE:To execute summarized dividing of bubbles, by arranging the 1st conductor having a waveform for extending bubbles and the 2nd conductor for dividing bubbles between a major loop and minor loops in such a way that they cross each other through an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 1 having a waveform for extending bubbles and another conductor 2 for dividing bubbles are arranged between a major loop 10 and minor loops 11 formed by ion implantation in such a way that they cross each other with an insulating layer in between. Therefore, the summarized dividing of bubbles are made possible and the operation margin of this block replicator can be widened as a block replicator which can sufficiently operate even in a high-bias magnetic field. |
