PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply dripping hot water by a method wherein the intermediate section of a dripping water pipe is attached to heaters housed within an inner box and the top end of the pipe is led outside an outer box so as to make it confront the upper surface of the outer box from above. CONSTITUTION:In an oven in which an inner box 2 is arranged within an outer box 1 and heaters 3 and 4 are arranged within the inner box 2, the intermediate section 5a of a dripping water pipe 5 is attached to the heaters 3 and 4 and the top end 5c of the pipe 5 is led outside the outer box 1 so as to make it confront the upper surface of the outer box from above. Accordingly, when, for example, coffee powder is put into a filter 11 in a casing 7, the hot water from the top end 5c of the pipe 5 passes through the coffee powder to melt the latter and coffee is extracted and pooled in a bottle 12. In this case, as the bottle 12 is placed on a projection 10 formed on the upper surface of the inner box 2 and exposed outside the outer box 1 through an opening 9 in the upper surface of the box 1, the extracted coffee is kept hot by receiving heat in the inner box 2. |
